Meet Wendy

Wendy Duncan is a personal development coach, motivational speaker and author.  Her credentials include licensing with LifeSuccess Consultants, she is a Certified Weight Management Specialist through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates of the United States of America, and she holds the Corporate Speaker designation in accordance with the guidelines of the International Association of Corporate Speakers.

Wendy takes great pride in coaching and speaking in the areas that she has been successful in. As a woman who suffered from migraine headaches for over 30 years, and overcame them, she is a master at teaching empowering concepts so that people can eliminate their bad stress.  As a woman who was 40 pounds heavier and has kept the weight off since early 2014, she understands the mental sabotaging that we do that keeps us fat.  As a former Realtor®, she understands commission sales.  In Wendy’s own words, “I would never ask my client to do something that I have not already done.”

Wendy is the author of The S.T.R.E.S.S. (Simple Techniques for Radically Eliminating Severe Stress) Home Study Program and The Mental Side of Releasing Weight program.   She provides individual and group coaching for personal, physical and business success.  You can also catch Wendy facilitating mastermind book studies on Think and Grow Rich, Think and Grow Rich for Women, and You Were Born Rich.  Sign up for WendyConnect  or follow her on Facebook.  She has been in practice since 2008.  Who is a “coaching” candidate?  Wendy has coached men and women, ages 10 to 91, entrepreneurs, single parents, high school students, cancer patients, and many more.  All Wendy requires is for her client to have an open mind to be better.

She has appeared on Good Morning Central Oregon, MyWindow, and Central Oregon Daily.

After going through coaching, with Wendy Duncan, on The Mental Side of Releasing Weight, I came away with a keener awareness and deeper feeling of empowerment over my body. For me, when it came to my body, I was more often than not, not in control of my body. I no longer feel as if I am spinning out of control.

– Donna Britt, of Central Oregon Daily

“No matter how much you think you know, there is always more to learn. That is exactly why I attend Wendy’s programs. I learn tips each week that I can implement immediately in my daily life. Wendy’s presentation style, I believe, is the reason why so many of her attendees keep coming back for more. I have so many colleagues that I think of when I’m sitting in class, thinking, ‘I wish so-and-so were here. They would love this!’ Thanks, Wendy, for your commitment to assisting people to see how powerful they really are!”
